Allow users to micro-journal on Pause Screen

One potential use of this feature would be to reflect on “why” user is using apps.

For example:

1. User adds a prompt to show, e.g. “Why do you want to use the app now?”
2. User then enters some text (journal) into a text field.

These journals are stored against each app with timestamp. Users can later review them to reflect on why they used the apps.

Note that this feature should be flexible. That is, the prompt can be anything and user can write anything. That way, it doesn’t have to be a journal of “why-user-using-app”.

It should be a micro-journal with char limits so that user can quickly jot down their thoughts and not a full-powered journaling app.

This is going to need more thought on:

• How to show the journals to users?

• How to store them?

• How to back them up?
