Daily App Usage Limits and different rules once limit hit

Right now, we have a single rule. Wait X seconds and then use Y min.

But sometimes, user wants to use an app for 1 hour a day and then drastically reduce its usage once the limit is hit. To help the user, what we can do is to allow user set different rules once daily usage limit is hit.

Like 3X wait time and 0.5Y min usage.
